Finding a provider, support group, or community space where you feel safe and supported is extremely important to your mental health and wellbeing. Click on the headings below to find resources and behavioral health providers who provide culturally responsive support for Latinx individuals and communities.

Estoy Aqui LLC provides suicide prevention training and social justice education to organizations and institutions serving the Latino/x and Black communities.

NAMI Family Support Groups are free groups for family members, friends, and other caregivers of people diagnosed with mental health conditions. They offer a monthly Spanish Language Family Support Group.

NAMI’s page for Latinx/Hispanic individuals has information about mental health conditions in the Latinx/Hispanic community, guidance on how to find a culturally-responsive provider, and resources. A version of the page is available in Spanish.

MentalHealth.gov in Spanish features information on mental health, symptoms of various mental health conditions, and resources to support people looking for help.

Mental Health America has information and materials in Spanish including screening tests for anxiety and depression, fact sheets, and public education campaigns about mental health.

Sana Mente is a site from Each Mind Matters, California’s Mental Health Movement. It has helpful information in Spanish about mental health conditions and resources for all ages.

Medicare.gov website in Spanish includes information about Medicare coverage, eligibility, enrollment, costs and much more.

Therapy for Latinx is a directory of individual behavioral health practitioners who serve Latinx communities.

Melanin & Mental Health was born out of a desire to connect individuals with culturally sensitive clinicians committed to serving the mental health needs of Black & Latinx/Hispanic communities. The site features a provider directory and podcast for Black and Latinx/Hispanic communities.

National Hispanic and Latino MHTTC provides training and technical assistance resources to improve the capacity on the workforce serving Hispanic and Latino communities in behavioral health prevention, treatment, and recovery.
